Process Automation and Mixture Filling System Design
Abstract
The aim of this paperis to test and validate the design of Ayran liquidmixing systems by performance and availability. Non human controllers are usedto implement critical tasks in to Ayran automation design. According with thesuitable programming languages and software’s, the manufacturing ability andavailability of application have been growed. Mechanical and electronicsknowledge partnership is made to produce mechatronics which is the bestsynthesis of engineering knowledge. In this work, after a general descriptionof the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) based systems, we carried outdesigning and sets of components and equipments controlled with PLC. In thispaper Ayran making and filling automation design were described. Design resultshave been compared with traditional one. PLC software is also supported withWinCC SCADA simulation software.
